Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are made available as soon as the purchase is completed. Download instructions and access URLs are sent automatically once the transaction is complete.
DVD Media and Physical Products
Non-digital products are processed and shipped within two (2) business days (Monday through Friday) following receipt of an order. Orders received after 5pm will start to be processed the following business day. Requests for overnight or expidited shipping are subject to the pick-up deadlines of the pariclar carrier. Our staff will make every effort to honor the shipping method request indicated in the order but may, at their sole discretion, alter the method (e.g. shipping via UPS instead of USPS).
